MS. NANCY
Founder and Owner
Nancy has experience as a performer, school director, preschool teacher and dance teacher. She created The Little Dance Project with the mission to offer artfully designed enrichment classes for preschoolers and toddlers. Nancy is passionate about teaching dance to little ones because it gives them a creative outlet to get moving and also challenges them both cognitively and physically!
MS. TRACY
Lead Teacher - Northern and Central NJ
Tracy’s love for dance began at a young age. She grew up dancing in studios and began competing at 8 years old. She trained at Broadway Dance Center in NYC during her college years and soon after became a Jets Flight Crew Cheerleader. Tracy just finished her fourth season with the NFL. She’s now focused on sharing her passion for dance with the next generation.
MS. CAROLINE
Lead Teacher - Northern and Eastern NJ
Ms.Caroline started dancing when she was just three years old! She continued to dance through school and graduated from Rowan University with a BFA in Dance. She uses her knowledge and experience to spread her love of dance to little ones!
Ms. Caroline enjoys teaching because she loves watching her students light up as they walk in to class and learn new moves!
MS. SHANNON
Lead Teacher - Central NJ
Shannon ’s love for dance began at a young age. She grew up dancing in studios since she was just 2 years old. and began competitively dancing at 10 years old. She has her bachelors in psychology and loves working with children and sharing her love of dance with them. She teaches with high energy and encourages a variety of skills in both ballet and hip hop styles.
MS. BRIELLE
Lead Teacher - Northwestern NJ
Brielle Castaldi, a native of Flanders, New Jersey, graduated Montclair State University with her BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography. Brielle has performed works by Stephanie Batten Bland, Larry Keigwin, Christian Von Howard, Kathleen Kelley, Jessie DiMauro, and many more. Brielle has interned for Freespace Dance
Company, based in Montclair, New Jersey, and has become certified in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), by Robin Segel Shifren in May 2021. Brielle enjoys introducing the art of dance to young dancers, as well as educating and creating a safe, welcoming environment for herstudents to grow and thrive in.
MS. GIANNA
Lead Teacher - Central NJ
Gianna's passion for dance began as soon as she stepped foot in a studio at the age of 2. She went on to dance competitively at both regional and collegiate levels. A recent graduate from Bentley University and former captain of her dance team, Gianna has demonstrated her leadership skills and deepened her love for dance.
Gianna has taught various styles of dance across multiple studios and age groups, providing a well-rounded dance education for her students. Her love for movement doesn't stop there. She recently became a certified Barre3 instructor, blending ballet barre, yoga, and Pilates to inspire joyful movement in everyone she teaches.
MS. SABRINA
Lead Teacher - Northeastern NJ
Ms. Sabrina grew up competitively dancing and recently graduated from Ramapo College. She motivates her little dancers with her high energy and kind way of directing classes!
MS. JUSTINE
Lead Teacher - Hudson NJ
Justine has been a dancer since the age of 4. She has danced competitively and received her Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Dance and minor in Arts Management from Marymount Manhattan College. One of her favorite professional jobs was being on the Broadway National Tour of Finding Neverland the Musical.
Justine creates an open environment for kids to explore their creativity and loves to share her joy of dance by teaching some fun moves!
MS. SOPHIA
Lead Teacher - Bergen County NJ
Sophia's love for dance began at the age of two, and by seven, she was already competing in a variety of styles. Her passion for movement led her to pursue a minor in Dance Studies during her undergraduate education. With extensive training in ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, and tap, she has shared her dance knowledge by teaching these styles to students aged 4-15. Now, as she balances her creative background with her studies to become a School Psychologist, Sophia is committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can express themselves freely and thrive. She deeply believes in the power of movement to inspire confidence, foster connection, and empower every student she teaches.
MS. MEAGAN
Lead Teacher - Bergen County NJ
Meagan Salma began her dance training at the age of 7 and continued to dance competitively throughout her teen years. She graduated from Montclair State University with a BA in Dance Education. She now teaches and choreographs for various studios. Meagan also teaches preschool dance classes at multiple locations in NJ. She encourages her students to focus on their individual strengths, both physically and creatively. Her combined love of teaching and creating has given her the ability to inspire this love of dance in her students.
